After a long drive through the desert in New Mexico (through the Navajo Indian Reservation), we made it to Four Corners! This is the spot where AZ, NM, UT, and CO meet...the only place in the US where four states come together at one point. Pretty exciting, though the spot itself was pretty low key and HOT. We acted silly and got our pictures...along with a bunch of cool souvenirs for friends, family, and ourselves.
On to Cortez. We stayed at a great KOA there...lots of pine trees, very nice pool, great views, nice neighbors. Rusty cooked out for dinner and L and L played with a new friend they made. Our satellite TV finally worked so we could watch UGA win the first of three against Fresno State in the CWS...go Dawgs!
After a few domestic chores this morning (laundry at the campground, Wal-Mart run to load up on more supplies), we have hit the road again heading towards Colorado Springs. It's a nice, hot day, and as I write this we are winding through some curvy mountain roads.
I'm sure my pictures aren't in chronological order, so I hope you guys can piece this together. I type as we drive and that combined with my bad web skills is probably not the optimal experience. But I'm glad to see the comments and it looks like we're drawing a crowd regardless...take care, everyone!

Love ya,
Mom
