Chasing Winter seems a little backwards doesn't it? I didn't plan my return home very well did I? The weather has now kicked in and I must say... ITS CERTAINLY WARMER THAN THE BACK STREETS OF EALING !! I gotta work on chasing the summer - then I may look a little more tanner than a raw chicken. Gotta love spray tans !!
Everyone here in old Sydney town is GREAT. Lucie and Josh have sold their unit and are moving to Bungan Beach for 3 months ON THE CLIFFTOPS (courtesy of a very very generous friend) and that all happens next week. So it's GoodBye Fairlight and Hello Bungan !!
Miss Maizy turned 1 on the 29th June which was an awesome day for her. Everyone singing Happy Birthday and she just looked at them all like they were out of their minds... When the cake was cut she was pretty stoked about that and her Daddy helped her hammer and peice in style.
Charlie is doing great - He is Spiderman and you cannot tell him any different. He springs off couches, steps, landings, chairs - you name it - He climbs it and launches himself off spraying his DEADLY WEB on all around. Cute for the first 40 times.... then you tend to step over him after that.. ha ha ha
Myself - Im doing brilliantly (saying that with an English twang ha ha) Work is amazing and I love coming in each day. Of course I miss all you Mingers in Ealing.. AND ROY - THERE IS NO COFFEE POT BEHIND MY DESK !!!!! Gone are the days. But we have just hit the 540 staff member mark here in the office so there is certainly not a shortage of things to do and people to meet. I have to say I love it. I have put a few noses out of joint with late nights but hey... ITS ME ~~~ hahaha.
Im working loooong days at the moment as I am saving to hit the U.S of A in October for 3 weeks. A quick stop in L.A - then into Texas to visit a friend - over to NYC to stay with Jack and then home. Would love to hit Georgia and experience the deep south and even Vegas - but looks like I would need to sell my internal organs on EBay to afford it and to be honest - not really an option !!! BUT ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE..... THE WORLD IS MY OYSTER....
I hope everyone over there is GREAT GREAT GREAT and missing me as much as Im missing you guys. Cant wait to catch up with Lorna in the next 2 weeks and down a few wines in the sun (actually more like the electric wall heather but hey....)
AND NOW THAT WE HAVE STOLEN STEVIE & JENNA BACK - All you guys better get 2nd jobs to save up and come visit.... YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO !!!!!
