Planning

We worked things out with Mike coming to join us at Megan’s after work [about an hour and a half trip] and the rest of us heading out in the morning. Dad and Pupoy were able to get a hold of JoJo and arrange for transportation via van, which was a whole lot easier on us. We arrived at the resort, and immediately headed for the water… in fact, Laurel had been wearing her swimsuit all morning in anticipation. We played in the surf and sand, buried mom and dad to their necks, and played until finally we were so tired we collapsed in a heap in the nicely air conditioned room! Did I mention there were 10 of us? Myself, Laurel, Mom, Dad, Boober, Angie, Mike, MaryAnne, Milo, and Jessica… all crammed into a one bed room… thankfully we brought the air mattress. When Mike finally arrived, Dad and Boober and he all headed down to the main area for some hard core videoke. I got pretty sick from being in the sun and heat all day, that I went to bed early with the baby, leaving the boys to their song and Jim Beam.
