Using my tour book as my guide, I visited several sites in Basse-Ville or the Lower Town of Vieux Quebec (Old Quebec). My lower body still aches from the all the walking on these hilly streets. I am my mode of transport around here. You seriously can see the entire city by foot!
I tried, for the very first time, poutine which is fries with gravy and curd cheese piled on top... it was not to my liking! I barely finished half the plate. My waiter even commented on that.
It's a pretty cool day, temperature wise. It rained for about 20minutes mid afternoon and that has cleared!

Well I'm off to see Haute-Ville (Upper Town) now.
