Surfers paradise for a while...

Hey peeps. Am now in Surfer’s paradise. Was the only person on my oz bus to get off here, which is kinda odd as there is rather a lot to do here. Moved hostels the second day, to a place called Cheers, where...da da da...I got me a job! Just cleaning (changing sheets, sweeping the rooms etc) along with 3 other girls in exchange for free accommodation. Not bad! Spent my first day on the beach, then did (a bit too much) shopping, and yesterday I went to Movie world - the Warner bros version of universal studios, but much much smaller. Was a good day. Then did the famous club crawl in the evening, where I met up with a guy I met from the hostel the night before, which was nice as I knew someone!! Got in about 4am, then got up at 9.45 today to do my first days work. Its not too bad saves me money anyhow. Figured I’d stay here about 2 weeks or so, depending how the weather holds out. Went into town with the girls today for hangover cures, and now will head down to one of the other beaches for a sleep. More theme parks tomorrow, maybe Sea World, yay!
