About me

I'm currently living and working on the French Riviera, doing an internship as part of my university degree. I share a fantastic apartment in the best location possible in Nice- on the north border of Vieux Nice. I am to get the most possible out of this year, by improving my french language skills, seeing as much of the region as possible, meeting as many interesting people as possible, and generally immersing myself fully in the Nicoise lifestyle!

About my trip

Over the summer, I tried to see a lot of the local area - Nice has excellent transport links that we made full use of! We've been to little villages that are typical of the region, such as Eze and Grasse, the towns that made the region famous including Monaco and Cannes, and even ventured over the border into Italy a few times.

As it stands, the list of places I've visited so far includes:

Nice, Eze, Monaco, Antibes, Grasse, Sainte Marguerite Island, Cannes, Ventimiglia, Milan, Grenoble, Lyon, Avignon, Roquefort-les-Pins, Sophia Antipolis, Dublin, London, San Remo...
