So, we have been in KL for 2-days and we are just making arrangements now to header outta here for a little half-way town called Jerantut, that will be our stepping stone to Taman Negara (one of the world's oldest rainforests). We will catch a ferry there tomorrow (unless something goes wrong) and then stay there for a couple of days before heading back with plans to take the Jungle Railway to the East Coast of the Peninsula and some beach and snorkel time.
No bad stories to report from KL . The flight from LAX was uneventful. KL has been great, yesterday we did the Petronas Twin Towers Skybridge, Bukit Bintang (shopping), the Lake Gardens (Orchid and Hibiscus Gardens) and Masjid Jamek Mosque. Lots of walking but it was good to get out and explore. Have been eating tons of local street food - mixture of good and bad - noone has shit themselves yet but it may not be far away. Will keep y'all posted!
