10/28/08 & 11/05/08 - Rt. 12 to White Pass&Yakima

 This is part two of the journal from Randle, WA where we were staying at Maple Grove RV Resort. We drove on Rt. 12 on Oct. 28 to Yakima. This is a beautiful drive through White Pass. We stopped at a viewpoint where we could see Mt. Rainier in the distance. We passed by Rimrock Lake and took some great pictures there. A few days later on November 4 there was a snow storm at White Pass, so of course, we drove back up on the 5^th to play in the snow. There is nothing more beautiful than the mountains covered in snow, especially when there are still yellow trees mixed in. The next journal will be about Mt. Rainier.
