Leaving Vilamoura
September 19, 2007 - Vilamoura, Portugal
Current plans are to leave 20 sept for Gibraltar and do it straight through. The secondary marinas on the way so we are doing another overnighter. Toutazimut will be sailing with us and spend some time in Gibraltar but eventually head east when we go west to Canarias. . Expect to stay in the Gibraltar area for several weeks. Joe arrived and fits in just fine. Magnus, Martin , Joe and I did the town last night and hit two pubs after eating a nice lamb chop dinner.

Hi Dennis, Feelings of homesick to Portugal we enjoyed seeing your side. It is good knowing that your prioritylist of 21 problems is solved and that you arrived in Gibraltar in the meantime. We left Intermarchee tankstation Sines at 17.45 (again much to late) by camper. Stopped for a sleep in Salamanca. Saterday we drove 1400 km to Abbeville (NW of France) The next sunday we got tothe ferry of Texel at 19.30, so we are back home save. Last week was a week of talking to a lot of people we didn't seen for more than 3 months and of course the grandchildren. Today our twins are coming from Amsterdam for a night. The both had been in Juli in Sines, so we can look to pictures of Sines again thinking of the wonderful time. Specially our last weeks with you and the rest of the gang there, we really loved the most. We both want to thank you for your big part of it. It was a wonderful time. We still try to find out if there are possibilities going to Wales after the 25 of Oktober, seeing the surroundings of the roots of Martin. He makes some plans to visit his mother on te 13 th of Oktober. Hope he will be there after the 25. and we hope the temperature is acceptabel. This week I first want to control the heater, because in Portugal we never use it.
So Dennis have a good time in Gibraltar and we follow you on internet Greetings Adry and Ed
