On to South Australia

We stopped at a quaint guest house in Adelaide (right at the start of the Tour Down Under – a pro bike race held here).  We then made our way through the twisty roads of the beautiful Clare valley (think vineyards, wine, and lots of it!) to visit with Angie’s parents who have a property (Oz for huge farm) in nearby Spalding.  They breed Murray Grey cattle and raise sheep and farm as well.  They also used to raise rare albino kangaroos, and still had a few left.  They just finished harvest and hosting a breeder’s  association meeting for 50 Murray Grey breeders from across the State of South Australia. Great people!!!
