SVF put on a thanksgiving dinner meal for the Americans and the rest of the school to enjoy! The whole school dressed up and we all enjoyed a fancy meal together in the dining hall. The food was really good, a lot better than I had expected!
In the morning before the meal happened we all went into Stadsparken (which is a near by park) and played American football! It was really fun playing with the Swedes and also Americans who were visiting. It took a while to teach the Swedes how to play and to be honest I had to be taught to. I had no idea how to play and I still kind of don't exactly get all of the rules.
SVF really worked hard to make the Americans feel at home. On the three flag poles in front of the school there was an American flag along with the Swedish flag and SVF flag. It was really good to see the flag again as corny as that sounds.
