First thing in the morning I hired a canoe to explore the gorges. It is a beautiful place, see the photos. Halfway the trip upstream I had to carry the canoe over land to cross a small waterfall.
In the afternoon I explored another part of the gorge on foot. That part is not accessible by canoe. The footpath brings you to a cascade, at the bottom of which it is good swimming. Further down the gorges is a spot where three creeks join. There I saw my first fresh water crocodile of this trip, see the photo.
