Kingfisher Camp

August 22, 2008 - Kingfisher Camp, Australia

In the morning I paid a visit to Hedleys Gorge, a series of waterholes in Hedleys Creek on station property. It is a remarkeable place and must be awsum after heavy rain with a seri9es of waterfalls and rapids.

In the biggest waterhole I spotted both a dead and a living fresh water crocodile. During the dry these have nowhere to go, I guess that in the Wet they travel to other places in the river and creek system.
