Beaches and islands... is basically what my trip has been like since my last entry here. From KL I made it to Penang, then to Langkawi, and from there by ferry into Thailand.
In Thailand my first stop was Ao Nang, and I'm currently on Ko Phi Phi, the island where 'The Beach' was filmed. I've mostly just been chilling and diving in Southeast Asia. The water is the warmest I've ever dived in, the diving is not very expensive and it's beautiful.
Today I made two dives, of which most memorable were two big leopard sharks, a turtle, moray eels and lion fish. The water was very choppy though, there were some strong currents and visibility could have been better. But all of this will hopefully clear up in the next few days.
In exactly 2 weeks I will be back in Amsterdam! Time is flying... I'm a bit uninspired to write more at the moment, and to be honest, not that much has been going on around here. I'm living a lifestyle of laziness. For some visual impressions feel free to check my pictures of Malaysia and Thailand.

Beaches, islands and diving in bathtub water doesn't sound bad to me at all 
. Enjoy your last days of doing nothing before returning to real life!

The ground you've covered, the things you've seen and photographed... Man, I'm really flabbergasted. Let me just say that your adventures are quite unlike our holiday in Denmark this year. (Photos are on my website now...)
