About me

Howdy, I'm James, an exploring Dutchie, and also the creator of this web service. I made the first version of (what was later to become) Fuzzy Travel while I was studying abroad in Melbourne, so that I could keep friends and family updated on my travels via the internet in a fun and easy way. By now, I'm back in Amsterdam, have made this travelogue service publicly available, and am trying to finish my degree Information Science at the University of Amsterdam.

About my trip

Mid June (2006) I left Melbourne - where I'd been studying since February - for about six weeks of exploring Australia (the biggest island in the world, the 6th largest country and the only country that is also a continent).

After exploring Oz, I flew to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) where I had about 3.5 weeks time to sniff up Asia for the first time. I headed up to Thailand in that period as well. Obviously you can find out all about that trip in this travelogue.
