The orientation was boring... but we were also like half asleep... and afterwards we went to lunch with Julia at a little Spanish restaurant where we ordered like 15 different 'tapas' which are like little dishes that everyone just shares and they serve them at like all the bars (I swear that in this city, every third shop is a bar.) I didn't really eat much besides calamari and bread with olive oil and cheese (because literally everything is a meat dish). But after lunch we walked home and slept for like 3 hours and had to go back to school to take our Spanish placement test. It was a half written and half oral test... I did ok. But my Spanish is getting better every day that I'm here. When we got home the boys downstairs and the boys from upstairs came down and we cooked some pizzas and drank sangria in our apartment for a couple hours and then decided to start getting ready for the night. All the boys are SOO much fun and great great guys!
The plan was for all of 11 of us (all three apartments) to go to this 'all you can eat sushi bar' and then go to this famous club called 'Sutton' which was having a 'Studio 54' themed party that night. So thats exactly what we did and the sushi bar was delicious and so much fun!!! The metro system here is great and we have unlimited metro passes which takes you everywhere. We took cabs to the Club which didn't even open until 1:30 a.m. So until then we went to a bar across the street where we got free drinks and met an abundant amount of beautiful Spanish guys. haha.
We went over to the club and got in early and got a special tour from this guy named 'KiKi'. Then it started getting busy and turned into a very fun club. I met a great deal of EXTREMELY cute foreign boys... one from Paris, one from Sweden, and two from Spain. We partied there until 5:15 a.m. (which is even early to leave to them), and took cabs home and hung out in the boys apartment listening to music till about 6 a.m. But we were not looking forward to waking up 2 hours later for our bike tour of the whole city... even though we were really excited for it!!!!
