I figured since we are now in August and I only have two months lefts that I would write another blog entry since it has been a couple weeks. Or as my best friend Todd always tells me, blog is just another word for diary. Nothing better than having your best friend bust your chops even when you are half way around the world, but honestly that is how we roll. Thanks Todd for calling me out, appreciate it!
Okay so not much has really happened over the past couple weeks. Work has been pretty steady, so it helps the day go by rather quickly. I was able to get up in an Apache helicopter the other day and get some photos taken; however, I’ve been unsuccessful in trying to upload them to my page. I will continue to try and upload them until I am successful. I was offered a ride in one, but that information is classified, haha! Okay just kidding!
There have been a few birthdays since my last posting, so happy birthday to my Mom, Uncle Lance, Uncle Jimmy, my sister Amber, cousin Jennifer, and Mackenzie and Tyler Westgate. And actually today I’d like to wish a Happy 86th birthday to my Madre (grandmother). Madre wish I could be there to help celebrate with you. Get well and look forward to seeing you in October, I love you!

A Polish immigrant went to the DMV to apply for a driver's license. First, of course, he had to take an eye test. They showed him a card with letters.
On the bottom row were these letters: 'C Z W I X N O S T A C Z.'
'Can you read this?' the clerk asked. 'Read it?' the Polish guy replied - 'I know that guy.'
Kelly I will say this joke is much funnier than your last joke. Maybe you should let Pete Patterson give us the next joke.
Other than that not much is going on. Don’t forget that football season starts tonight as the WORLD’S GREATEST TEAM, the Washington Redskins will play in the Hall of Fame game against the Indianapolis Colts. I know its just preseason but at least it is football. I’m also looking forward to the Olympics starting next Friday; let’s just hope Team USA basketball doesn’t disappoint.
