We haven't talked about Ankor Wat yet, and I am about to farewell Cambodia... So here goes.... Kezia has already described the nature of Siem Reap, so I say no more. We were lucky to have an exceptionally lovely tuk tuk driver with whom it was a pleasure to travel with. Ankor Wat is mind blowing... We have thirty five thousand million pictures and there is no way in hell we can do it justice... We have reasonable vocabularies (um, yep), and I am stumped for words (be shocked people!). Just come and have a look would you!?
Well, it is farewell Cambodia from Meka....
I leave in an hour for a flight to Hanoi and i miss this crazy place already...
(Un)Luckily for me, I have managed to collect quite a lot of the country to take with me, so expect an apsara dance/shadow puppet show when i get home!!! Yes Kezia, i bought my shadow puppets, and yes kezia, they are way too ridiculously proportioned to fit into a neat little backpack. You would be so proud of my heavy, ungainly load! (nb. these join my three, yep, three, monkey masks and rattan carry case and silver knick knacks... Why aren't i addicted to squashables?) So, Phnom Penh is fantastic, if a little less amiable than Ho Chi Minh City, and i shall be back....
Hanoi, here i come........
- sapa
- squeaky white sand and salty oceans
- Meka and Hanoi
- Cambodian holiday part two or three or something..
- From Ankor Wat to Goodbye Cambodia

love you
