On my final loop around Europe now after doing a trip for a week down on the Dalamatian Coast in Croatia which was great- a last kick of sunshiney summer.
Since then have been back in the Autumn drizzle of Paris, Brugge, Amsterdam and Berlin, although with enough sunny patches to keep the passengers happy.
I booked a flight yesterday, will be flying a mammoth effort from Venice through Rome, London, Las Angeles and Auckland to get to Christchurch. I then have two days to recover from jetlag before I start training in my new region.
Can't wait to get back to summer but leaving all these beautiful amazing places that feel so familiar to me is hard - leaving Prague I'm sure there will be a few quiet waterworks!
