Hey everyone, So i have started my travels up again. I am currently in Florence spending my day here enjoying the heat!! I took a nighttrain to Milan again in hopes to see a bit of Tuscany before I jet off to Spain by myself. Janet decided that she is not done in Italy yet. Therefore we have decided to stay split up and go explore what we both want to see as individuals instead of trying to compromise either of our trips. So far Im doing great but I will try to post more often just to let you all know that I am safe by myself!!
So when I left Amsterdam my train was put into lock down. then we were told to leave the train and then we had to go back on. I was trying to figure out what was going on but did not understand the mess that was happening. So I called my sister and asked her to look on the trusty internet.. Apparantly I was in the middle of a bombthreat!!! That was definately my scary experience that day. Oh and the fact that I had to share my train car with a mental lady from Dusseldorf?!? That was quite the show and I had some good laughs out of it while she wasnt looking. Also on this eventfull trainride the Swiss decided that they no longer trusted "freule van Woudenberg" and the fact that I was traveling through their country weekly. So I got a massive inspection, guestioning etc and my bag was thoroughly searched. I guess I just look like a smuggler!! haha..
Other than that I will post my new European adventures soon, hope all is well back home!! xx
Oh and my sister may be meeting up with me in Rome next saturday to explore Rome with me (as long as she gets the days off) so i am really excited for that as well!!! well ill keep you all up to date!!
