Route Plotting Finished !

Finally finished plotting our intended route on the maps today. Check it out, alot of towns but most are pass through to keep the route accurate on the map. Our "things to do list" is getting shorter :)

Scruffy has his "condo"

Scruffys' condo arrived today and we were surprised that they deliverd on Saturdays. Oh well we are happy. We showed Scruffy his new place so he can get used to it for when he too goes on "holidays". After the photos, he walked over to it and got inside. Tonight we will let him sleep in it so he will get used to it being zipped up. We can't have him all over Aunt Daphes house in the middle of the night jumping off and on cousin Stephens' bed or sofa. This way he knows that when its time for...

Counting Down the Days

We are counting the days and getting all the loose ends tied before we leave. So many phone calls to make and get everything in order. We also have to get Scruffy used to his new "house" maybe we should call it a "condo"so he will know that when its bedtime at Aunty Daphes' place he is to go to his "house" and go to bed. We can't call it his bed because he knows his bed is his wicker basket with his pillow, he would be getting all confused. We have ordered a XXL pet carrier to leave at Aunt...

Our Calendar Itinerary is Finished
February 8, 2010 - Mildura, Australia
We finished the calendar yesterday, Sunday 7th Feb, and it looks like its going smoothly. Still have to hear from some family and freinds, but it looks like we will be doing some major traveling and sight-seeing. can't wait till we can post some photos and keep you all informed of our travels. Still Planning Our trip

We have been planning this trip in our minds for over 2 years, and finally we can put it down on paper. We have written and erased and written and erase over and over again. We have mapped and made the iternary for the months of April and May. Still working on the month of June but we are getting there. What a journey!!
