Rain Delay

Due to heavy overnight rain in Sydney Queensland's game against ACT is postponed till 11 am.  Tasha and I are heading out to the grounds very soon.  The weather is looking promising but you can never tell.  Hoping the girls are well rested after a quiet morning and ready to take on ACT.  A win will take us to the prelim final against NSW...

Day 1 of Finals

We woke to the sound of rain this morning and it was very overcast.  Our game against WA was at 9.30 on the outside diamond.  We got off to a good start and ended up winning 6-4.  Sheri was the warm-up catcher for this game so it was her turn to shout encouragement at the team from the sidelines.  Mind you just because she isn't on the field...
