I left Noosa on the 6th, spent one night in Brisbrane and then left for Brayon Bay. On the way we stoped at surfers, where the beaches were packed full of people and had a lot of tall buildings. We drove a bit further down the coast and found a gd spot to swim, only the current was really strong. It was impossible to stay within the two flags....

It was my bday yest!.. Another yr closer to senior cititzanship and retirement... I have been barely able to move, let alone walk for the past couple of days.. I did the Sydney Bridge Run. They close the Harbour bridge and the city and all the fit nutters run around! It was a killer... 57 mins was my cross the line time.. But my chip...
