For all you people who like to track our travels on your wallchart, here's a quick resume of where we've been so far :- Feb 1st - arrived Malaysia, eat some Chinese street food. Feb 2nd - flew to Saigon, Vietnam. Incredibly busy city, full of motorbikes mostly, and cars. Crossing 85 lanes of traffic is fun; walk very slowly across the road, no sudden movements. Day 1: Dan and I are in Siem Reap, or more correctly, "the place where everyone stays in order to get to Angkor". It was a very comfy 6 hour ride from Phnom Penh on a "limousine" bus, which showed a video of The Mummy III (even Brendan Fraser's dashing looks didn't make up for this drivel), followed by, inexplicably, Karaoke. Hallo zusammen Nun bin ich (Cecile) mal wieder dran meine Hirnzellen ein bisschen anzustrengen und einen Bericht zu schreiben! Die Weiterfahrt von don det in Laos bei den 4'000 Inseln startete am Morgen um 08.00 Uhr mit der Faehre aufs Festland.
