First things first, Shanghai is COLD, really COLD!!! We haven't got snowed on yet, all we have seen is piles of dirty ice on the streets. We kicked it, but that wasn't much fun.
The 20 hr train ride from HK to Shanghai was okay, we had a 4 bed berth to ourselves (normally we'd have to share with 2 other people) - so we were pretty spoilt. ...
