Arrived in Indhira Gandhi on time and got both our bags successfully. Ended up traveling from airport to homestay separately which was a bit scary ... but we both made it to the same place despite the cars nearly getting squashed by huge buses several million times. Our body clocks were really confused all day and we're only just getting into...

Okay. It's been several weeks since our last confession. We've spend the last 2 weeks on an organised tour that took us from Kathmandu to Delhi via lots of places. Chitwan National Park: We went to an elephant breeding centre! BABY ELEPHANTS! Very cute. However, we both got sick and missed a jungle trek and an elephant back safari :-(....

Delhi - Start of Tour

Dave: The first day of the tour just consisted of a group meeting followed by dinner. I arrived mid afternoon so after checking-in to the hotel I walked around the area. Even though the shops were officially closed that day they are replaced with a temporary market. It was really busy. This proved to be a common characteristic throughout India....

Dehli India Second day in this mad city. Kaos, car horns, cows, smells, meetings, all the senses are awake walking through this human jungle. I spent the first day with an official tourist guide> I figured it's be a good way to get a first feel of the city. The guide, called Om was accompanied with his nephew, a smart kid of around 12 years...
