Rome pleases me!! Rome is exactly what I expected. The food is lovely, the people are friendly and the scenery is stunning. We took the train into Rome this day. It only cost 9 euros round trip. Taking the train in Europe is funny because the train station is not very clear or informative. You have to validate your ticket (no one told us this, but luckily Darren had taken the train system before…apparently you get a fine if someone on the train checks...
