 Did nothing yesterday except take it easy as tomorrow we hit the road again for Mocimba do Praia approx 470 kms I think, a six hour drive because the road is so bad, the last 100kms takes 2 hours plus to do.   We did go and have lunch at Caouri see photo we both had 1/2chickens and chips the chicken was pretty good this evening we will go have pizzas at a little Italian place have eaten there before and he makes a first class pizza in a proper wood oven   The guy staying in the room next...

  Wow woke up at 8:30 this morning was shocked that it is the latest I have slept in must be 10 years, needless to say the weather has not changed 33 max 25 min humidity 74% and thats how it goes on who ever invented the aircon should be given a Nobel Prize Really took it easy yesterday went and bought some provisions for Mocimba in the morning and went and had a cup of coffeee at Wilsons Wharf.                                                                               Yesterday we got up when the bush babies went to sleep i.e. 4 AM. At least we had a good nights sleep, bed comfortable and very peaceful although noisy with the night noises. Days came and went from Saturday through to Wednesday when the next flight was due...... still no news of the axle. At the bar here at Russel’s camp we met a fellow Capetonian – Anthony, he was busy scouting for earth moving works here. Anthony had only just met us and within hours had invited us over for a braai and sleepover; he even gave us the keys to his car for the next day!
