Geothermal Wonderland!

Saw more geothermal wonders today at Wai-O-Tapu. Saw the Lady Knox geyser erupt at 10.15 and saw some bubbling mud pools. The geothermal stuff here was pretty much the same as at Hells Gate- lots of sulphur and bubbling goo - but was more colourful,with one pool being lime green!! Spent the day bumming around the hostel yesterday. I got my luggage back!! They had to inspect the soles of my trainers that were inside to check for soil…their customs dept is so strict here! Ventured out (in the rain, again) to the supermarket and bought lots of fruit, which I regretted as I had to lug it all back up the hill on the way...
