Gdansk, Gdynia & Sopot
October 11, 2010 - Warsaw, Poland
Another beautiful day was presented to us today.....the fog rolled in a bit this morning but didn't last.  We headed off to church this morning, the Pol's are strong Catholics, so there are a lot of Catholic Churches.  The one we went to today had an alter with a lot of the icons in Amber, very interesting.  After mass I took some photos, so hopefully I'll be able to share them later. After lunch we took a boat ride up the coast with a stop so we could walk the beach, I have a couple of...

First full day back in Warsaw after 2 years!
October 8, 2010 - Warsaw, Poland
It's like coming back with an old friend!  We were afraid that we'd forget how to get around but alas, not that much has changed. We wandered over to Old Town...the walled part of the city, it's so quaint and enjoyable.  the nice thing about this time of year there are few tourists, so it's not crowded.  Ater that we went to "New Town" and walked through the flower market then through the market place and picked up a few things to take back to our apartment. D32 - 17JUL - Jewish Guetto
July 17, 2009 - Warsaw, Poland
