The Cane Train
April 28, 2008 - Johannesburg, South Africa
After a monster 14 hour flight from Sydney we touched down in Johannesburg.  After hearing all the stories of car jacking´s and rampant crime in Jo´Burg we were a little hesistant as we walked out of the arrival terminal.  But we were greeted by Deed´s cousin, Rob, and went to his and his wife´s brand spanking new pad in Bedfordview. ...

23 June Durban
June 23, 2008 - Durban, South Africa
Headed back to Durban from Sanni Pass with Rachel and Lucy on Friday the 20th where we stayed at Gibella Backpackers.  This place is far better than Nomad's where we had stayed before heading to Sanni Pass.  Gibella is right near Florida Street which is the main road in Durban where Bars and Restaurants are concerned.  Decided to give self...
