Onto London
May 31, 2009 - Granada, Spain
Well, a late flight tonight puts me in bed around 2am tomorrow...sigh.  Then a day in London and then home on Tuesday, hurray.  I would use an exclamation point, but the keyboard is weird...anyway, I shall be home in a jiffy.

A few more days...
May 30, 2009 - Granada, Spain
Well, as much as I hate to say it, it’s definitely time to come home.  Evidently, Ron didn’t book our tickets to London until Sunday night at 10...so we won’t get into London until around midnight, which, hopefully I can catch the bus into the city...the last one leaves at 1230.  Keep your fingers crossed!  So I got a few extra days in Granada.  I’ve spent a lot of time at the park, just walking around, reading my book of short stories, and sitting.  It’s been nice not having...

5/25-26-27/09 Let’s see, where did I leave off...we left for Milan super early...ugh.  We got there and sat in a park for like 4 hours.  We had all our stuff because Miryana, the ladies house we stayed at, didn’t get off work until 6.  We searched around for dinner and ended up at SuperMart.  It was hands down the most ridiculous grocery store.  Ever.  People were everywhere, things were chaotic.  It seemed like people thought it was the apocalypse and everyone was stocking up. ...

Granada & Alhambra
February 28, 2009 - Granada, Spain
Well we've spent a few nights in Granada and have had a great time. We went to the Alhambra on the first day and it's an amazing fort/castle, the views over Granada are quite something. It took 4 hours to walk round, plus we spent another 3 hours general Granada sightseeing, so ended up collapsing later that evening. Today we headed on to the Open-top Red Tourist bus to get the full tour of Granada. They're not the cheapest way to see the city, but they are good fun and give a good taste...
