Sangria, Paella and Sunshine

So I have spent the last week or so in lovely Spain! I went to Nice from Turkey, and Deb continued on to Liverpool, so I was on my own. When I got there I discovered that all the hostels in Nice were for some reason booked out! I managed to find a centrally located hotel with cheap single rooms which was handy, but also meant I was very bored. I gave myself a pedicure, a treatment in my hair, read a book, slept a lot - I even went to the movies! I was so bored, so I was very excited to get on...

  This weekend I went to San Sebastian. Finally there was nice weather on a weekend-it rains so much here-so Bo wanted to take me on this hike up one of the mountains to have a picnic. Friday was absolutely gorgeous, it was 65 and sunny, the perfect weather for a hike considering it was kind of a challenge to get up there. Today I am sick, which is rather unfortunate…but in an attempt to bring something positive out of my circumstances, I will share with you a recent excursion of mine...
