Today was like learning to make pudding from mud -- you take the terrible torrents of rain pummeling the ground, and decide to use it as a perfect test for the supposedly-waterproof gear you're about to bring with you! I've gotten word my best friend (up in WA) has bit the bullet and bought un billeto!! That is to say, in an alliterated way, that I will have a fantastic travel buddy for the last 1/4 of my trip! La vida en Espana

Finally I have Internet here at my house now and everything is perfect. The family is so nice, the house is great, the neighborhood is really pretty and we have a great view of the mountains with snow and of the beach and the city. At nighttime its amazing.
