So in three days time I will be Peru-bound! I found this website through the other girl who will be there at the same time. She's from Minnesota and we will be working on the same project, which thankfully is the one I wanted most....working in a hospital outside of Lima!!! So I will be building a resume and hopefully fully enjoying my summer...

Wow - whoever said you cant have it all has obviously never been to South Beach, Miami. Every morning Im woken up by green/yellow and red parakeets kawwing outside the window. Everything you need from a city is ten metres behind you on Collins Ave and Washington Ave and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world is just a few feet in front....

Sorry, have to make one more entry....The ice went out on Coon Lake today and some docks are already in.  I have had two people correct me already. I will check when I get home, but it seems this must be the latest date of the ice going out.
