Yesterday, after Julie went for a bit of a jog, we took the bus and a street car to get to the French Quarter. The bus stop was in front of three homes that have not been fixed since Katrina. We have finally made it to New Orleans. I apologize for the lapse in communication but no Internet access since we left Siloam Springs. the Noodling festival was a lot of fun. Shreveport, LA

We traveled to Shreveport, on the way to Texas where there was a theatre at Centenary College. It was a small outdoor theatre in the middle of campus. A lot benches have been rebuilt and cement work has been done. The Stage is a half dome with lights around the edges. It was a great little spot. It had been re-didecated in 1963.
