We hit Texas late Saturday afternoon...at the Welcome Center, a sign was posted warning about rattlesnakes in high grass. Yipes, we avoided ANY grass after seeing that, but the welcome center was really nice with a great view. Stayed at the Fort Amarillo RV Resort...a good spot. Sadly, Lily's hula hoop got crunched when we put the slide out on...

We finally left about 5pm on Friday afternoon...first stop was dinner at the Cracker Barrel in Oxford, AL. Today we stopped in Amarillo at a place called Cadillac Ranch which was HILARIOUS! They have these 10 Cadillac’s sticking out of the ground which you can spray paint so of course we had to get out our do our part….GRAFFITI!!!
