A few pictures of Goa beach and a zen tale.
A student came to a Master asking for help.
"Please Master, help me to open my eyes. I want to feel happiness, yet, all is feel is suffering."
"I can not show you anything that doesnt already exist in you" said the Master to the student. "You are the only one who can open your eyes to the happiness inside of you. But maybe I can help you to understand the suffering that you think you feel."
The Master asked the student to fill up a glass of water, to add a spoon of salt in it and to taste the salty water.
"Berk. This water is too salty" said the student as pushes away the glass.
"ok. Now let's go to the lake. Bring a spoon of salt with you."
The Master and the student walked to the lake together.
"Now, put the spoon of salt in the lake" ordered the Master to the student "and taste it".
The student put a spoon of salt in the lake and tasted it.
"Um. This water doesn't taste salty."
"Suffering is the same as the salt" comments the Master. "There is no more or less of it. Only the container changes. So, if you feel you suffer, try to make your container bigger."
