Okay, well the Holiday Season has officially arrived! Last year at this time I believe I was in Africa and headed toward South America! Crazy! Thanksgiving here was fine. On Thanksgiving Day I had a chicken pot pie. However, the following day, (Friday my off day) I had a real Thanksgiving dinner with my friends.
Since I have last updated, I have moved! I now live 2 minutes from work and am saving a lot of money on gas! I love my new location.
I recently attended a party that one of our singers in the show had at his house. It was a really nice party. A nice gathering of people, cocktails, finger foods, hot tub, fire pit, and a nice atmosphere. There was also a room set up where you could sign up for a massage and get your handwriting read. It was alot of fun.
Also, Jubilee! is in now doing 10 shows a week. Normally we do 12 a week, but during the month of December the tourism in Las Vegas is down so our house count is lower. So for 3 weeks we will only be doing 10 shows! It's great. So every Monday and Wednesday we only do one show at 7:30 and then go home! It is so great! Actually, today is Monday and I only have one show tonight! So excited!
My family is coming in a little less than two weeks to visit me. They will be here Dec 12-15. That will be fun. I am excited for them to see Las Vegas and to see my show. Also, we will be seeing the Cirque De Soleil show "Ka". It should make for an exciting trip for them. We also are going to try and visit Freemont Street!
Well, dinner is cooking and I need to go check on it. I am sorry I don't have any pictures to post at this time.
