Oz part 4 - The last port of call

After leaving Brisbane we spent a quick couple of days getting up to Cairns so Nick could start his open water diving course and we could return the car.

After we met up with Spence and Steve briefly I left them in Cairns for while I headed up to Cape Tribulation where I spent a couple of days in the middle of a jungle relaxing and mentally preparing for my iminent departure from Oz.

After a couple of days, many failed attempts at finding a cassowary and a brief skinny dip in a hidden lagoon (where later I heard someone had spoted a croc) I headed back to cairns where I said a brief goodbye to Nick (he got his flight times wrong and had to head straight to the airport).

Singapore here I come!!!
