Thursday, 12/27/07
- AM: Meet at Rancho Cucamonga High School Band Room @ 10:30 am for check-in process.
- AM: Depart LAX via British Airways to Paris, France.

Friday, 12/28/07
- AM: Arrive in Paris. Once luggage has cleared immigration, we will meet our Resource Person and transfer by luxury coach to hotel. Arrive at hotel, register and prepare for dinner.
- PM: Dinner served at hotel. Group orientation meeting after dinner.

Saturday, 12/29/07
- AM: Continental buffet breakfast at hotel.
- AM: Begin half-day sightseeing tour of Paris by coach and English speaking guide. We will have stops for photographs including ll de la Cite, Etoile, Place de la Concorde, Louvre, Opera Garnier and La Madeleine. Tour ends at hotel.
- Lunch: On your own.
- PM: Afternoon rehearsal in hotel meeting room.
- Dinner: Use meal vouchers at suggested restaurants in Paris. Use Metro tickets for travel.
- PM: Depart from hotel approximately 90 minutes before concert performance time.
- PM: Perform in concert and return to hotel by coach.

Sunday, 12/30/07
- AM: Continental buffet breakfast at hotel.
- AM: Second half-day sightseeing tour of Paris by coach. Stops include Entrance to the Sacre Coeur and a walk through the Place du Tertre in Montmartre. Tour will end at Trocadero/Tour Eiffel.
- Lunch: On your own
- PM: We will be provided tickets to the 2nd stage of the Eiffel Tower and also tickets for a one hour cruise with commentary on the River Seine by Baxteaux Parisien.
- Dinner: Use meal vouchers at suggested restaurants in Paris. Use Metro tickets. Allow for travel from Trocadero/Eiffel Tower area to a restaurant and then from the restaurant back to the hotel.

Monday, 12/31/07 (New Year's Eve)
- AM: Continental buffet breakfast at hotel.
- AM: Depart by coach to Chantilly, famous for horse racing, porcelain, Le Musse du Cheval Vivant, and it's beautiful Chateau.
- Lunch: Time for group to explore Chantilly and find lunch on own.
- PM: Assemble group approximately 45 minutes before parade event.
- PM: (2:30pm) La Grande Parade de Chantilly begins.
- PM: After parade, we will return by coach to Paris.
- Dinner: Early evening dinner will be served at hotel.
- PM: New Year's Eve Party will be held for students in hotel. Soft drinks and snack bar available.

Tuesday, 1/1/08
- AM: Continental buffet breakfast at hotel.
- AM: Group will use Metro tickets to visit Notre Dame.
- Lunch: On your own.
- PM: Depart hotel by coach. Arrive in the assembly area in the Trocadero shortly before performance time. Group picture with Eiffel Tower in the back drop.
- PM: (2:30pm) Le Festival des Musiques du Nouvel An a Paris, Trocadero.
- PM: Group picture will be taken during or at the conclusion of performance with Eiffel Tower in back drop.
- PM: Return to hotel by coach.
- Dinner: Will be served at hotel.
- PM: Evening free time.

Wednesday, 1/2/08
- AM: Continental buffet breakfast at hotel.
- AM: "Free Choice" sightseeing with adult chaperone. Remaining metro tickets will be used to visit students selected places of interest under supervision.
- Lunch: On your own.
- PM: Continue sightseeing with adult chaperone.
- Dinner: Use meal vouchers at suggested restaurants in Paris. Use metro tickets to return to hotel.

** All students bring their student ID cards in order that they can secure free admission to French Government administered buildings and attractions.

Thursday, 1/3/08
- AM: Continental buffet breakfast at hotel.
- AM: Depart hotel to airport. Fly back via British Airways from Paris to LAX.
