Flight Information

Our group will travel in 2 blocks from LAX on Thursday, December 27, 2007 returning on Thursday, January 3, 2008. We will all travel together to LAX on December 27th. Those in block 2 will have an extended wait time for their flight, so bring along a deck of cards or a Paris Travel book to occupy your time. We will also be returning on 2 flights, but will have 2 pickup times so the first group back will not have to wait for the second group at LAX.

Report Time to RCHS

All students and passengers are to report to the band room on December 27th at 10:30 am to begin check-in.  All students are required to have a parent go through the check-in process with them. Parents must stay with their child until the check-in process has been completed.

Return to RCHS

It is very difficult to schedule a return time on January 3rd. It is probably best to have your child call when they reach RCHS. Refer to the above flight schedule to estimate a time. You can check the British Airways website regarding the status of the flight.
