About us

Parents of Sean Smit, Baritone and Bass Trombone, at Rancho Cucamonga High School. Sean is in his Senior year. Cindy is a 2nd grade teacher and Rob is Vice President of Operations for a hotel management company. Kyle Smit is a 7th grade student at Daycreek Intermediate, plays percussion and a future RCMC drumline member. Cindy and Rob are both graduates of The University of Michigan and are active musicians.

About our trip

Rancho Cucamonga Marching Cougars were invited to participate in the Paris Parade Festival in November 2005. After two years of planning and preparation, we will enjoy an exciting musical and cultural experience in December 2007. We plan to keep information and pictures updated using this travel blog.
