Hey!
So we've been in Ireland nearly a week now and the job hunt and apartment search aren't progressing too quickly so we've decided since we're not stuck here - we're going to Holland!
Dublin's pretty cool - literally as well as in apperance! It's not quite as beautiful as London but I think that's largely because we really only saw tourist London. Here we're right in the city centre and everyone is just busy doing their own thing. We're on the north side of the River Liffey - but only just - we're right next to it! The south side of the river is prettier and has more historical buildings etc. (inlcuding Trinity College Dublin of which there are some photos). The north side has lots of shopping centres and is just generally busy. One thing that we've found strange - but I quite like - there are no skyscrapers around! It's quite cool!
We'll have a bit of an explore around all the rest of Ireland when we get back and hopefully find jobs and apartments then too! For now though we're just going to have a holiday - Andrew can show me where he grew up which will be nice! We're planning on being away for about a month and go to Germany, Prague and Austria while we're away. If job opportunities come up here (or there for that matter) we'll change our plans though. We're free to do whatever we want! It's a pretty awesoeme feeling!
