Alright.We are currently sitting in Edinburgh waiting for the train to take us to Aviemoore,
and have found wi-fi for the first time since "the station."
so you'll have to excuse the lack of updates.

but to make up for it,
i am currently in the process of uploading pictures of Windermere.
and there will DEFINITELY be more soon.

anyways.
Windermere was gorgeous.

lots to do.
the shops were fantastic.
(if only the american dollar was worth more....)
the lake was beautiful.
and during one of Mackenzie's and my walks we (quite literally) stumbled upon an old graveyard.

however,
needless to say,
Mackenzie and I are both very much looking forward to the next stage in this journey.
Very, very much.
apparently where we are going has a pretty wicked go-kart track.
and i'm looking forward to beating a certain boy and his mates.

anyways, back to Windermere-
if anyone has ever read the book that Alfred Hitchcock's Birds is based on,
I'd just like to say-
being here gives that book all new meaning for me.
there are birds EVERYWHERE.
quite ridiculous.
and they really have no fear.
i suppose they expect us to get out of there way,
just like we expect them to get out of ours when we're driving.

umm.
if i here "gran" mention a stone wall one more time........
enough said.

supposedly Aviemoore is less in the dark age then Windermere,
so i'll be updating soon.
