OR Happy in Hami OR Hampi Harrassment

Well, here we are in Hampi!!

SUSAN: Wow. India keeps getting crazier and crazier. This place is amazing. How can I even begin to describe? It's this sacred small village amidst all these crazy rock formations, beside a beautiful winding river, with monkeys everywhere, AND it has ancient temples all over the place! Add to this the fact that we arrived in the middle of a huge Hindu festival (celebrating the marriage of Shiva a Parvati), which led to the arrival of 200,000 pilgrims from all over India, and you get a completely out of this world experience.

Yesterday we walked into the crowds to check out the action, and we were SWARMED as though we were Brangelina. Children and young people in their teens and twenties called out to us, reached to shake our hands, asked what our names were, and those who had cell phones begged for our pictures! Huge crows posed with us as these people took pictures of us with their cell phones! It was the craziest experience ever.

We also met a chill Russian couple, Ira and Dima, on the train who we've been hanging out with the last few days.

DAVE: OOOOOMMMMMMM

RANDOM SHOUTOUT: Wendy, your awsome gererosity during our stay totally blew us out. Take care and enjoy those pups!

Hey, I had no idea about this travel blog. I guess that's what I get for not being on facebook. Anyway, watch out with all that celebrity stuff or Susave just might become the next big thing to hit Bollywood.
