Well its all change again! Just when you think your getting sorted and settled life throws something else at you, im starting to see why they say its like a rollercoaster! Ive landed my self a new job, start Monday!
I am going to be working in an office, 9 - 5 monday to friday, at a recruitment agency in the city. I was actually offered a data entry job, which i was hoping for because it is really good money, but that doesnt start till the end of the month so in the mean time i am going to be helping Marie (the recruitment lady) out in the office.
The pub are sad to see me go, i think they liked me there and I got on with them all more like friends so it was really hard to tell them that I was leaving, esspecialy when I know they wanted me to stay. They were really good about it all, offered to keep me on the books so that if I do want to come back I can just walk in the door. I couldnt drop them in it though so Im going to have a killer of a week next week, 9-5 mon to fri PLUS tues, wed, thur, fri and saterday night at the pub!
We had a hell of a night at the pub last night, I did a 15 hr day! Started at 10 in the morning and we had 2 staff members not show up and its our busiest day of the week. Then worked through the day and was about to go home at 9 but went to help out the bar and didnt get out till 1am! It was rammed and they reckon they took over $30,000 before midnight! Its fun when its that busy and time goes quicker but still I was very gald to get to my bed last night!
This morning I realised Ive actually got a lot of Melbourne left to see. Its to easy to get stuck in the city or just get to know whats in the area you live in. Today I went looking for a charity shop but ended up completly somewhere else after Id googled the address and it took me to another rd named the same! But it was kinda good to get lost and wander down the side streets, there were some amazing houses. They were all older with a mix of gorgian and victorian styling, very colonial with beautiful gardens. Two hours later I ended up back where I started!

Miss my McBentley!
