Fuzzy Travel runs a travel blog service where you can publish your travel adventures to keep your friends & family updated. After registration, your personal travel journal will be created and hosted on our servers. Logging into the member area allows you you can manage your personal site's content and appearance. Fuzzy Travel's services are completely free, and there are no limits to the amount of journal entries, pictures or videos you publish.

Any activities that violate these rules, or any other form of abuse of the system, may result in account deactivation.
Your works on Fuzzy Travel (e.g. journal entries, pictures and videos) will be published online under the Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 2.5 Generic. This means that you keep all copyrights on your own works. Others are free to copy your work on the conditions that they attribute your work to you, and use your work for noncommercial purposes only.
The principles:
Relatively unobtrusive advertisements may be shown on your travelogue and in the Member Area. These serve the purpose of covering the costs for domain registration, servers, hosting, bandwidth, etcetera, so that we can keep Fuzzy Travel free.
Fuzzy Travel makes use of several third party services (e.g. Google Maps, VideoEgg). When using those services, their Terms and conditions apply in addition to Fuzzy Travel's Terms and conditions.
Fuzzy Travel makes no warranties regarding uptime for the service. Neither can Fuzzy Travel be held responsible with regard to loss of data due to technical errors.
Fuzzy Travel may in its sole discretion change, modify, suspend, make improvements to or discontinue any aspect of the website and service, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice to you. Under no circumstances will Fuzzy Travel be liable for any such change, modification, suspension, improvement or discontinuance.
Fuzzy Travel has the right to (1) refuse or remove any content that violates any policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (2) terminate or deny access to and use of the website to any individual or entity for any reason. Fuzzy Travel will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time without general notice. It's your responsibility to review this document regularly. By continuing to use this service, you agree to the amendments.
