I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!!! :)

July 10, 2008 - Wokingham, United Kingdom

Hey guys,

Well I've just got off the phone from one of the jobs (the job that I'm more interested in).  I decided last night that I wasn't having much luck with being able to get another form of ID, that I needed to ring this job up and ask a few questions.  I wanted to find out if the job was def. gonna be mine.  Because I thought after having all this trouble with trying to get ID and documentation for this police check, that by the time I get everything they could have said well the job isn't actually yours, we've decided to give it to somebody else.  And at the end of the day I could have been looking into other work.

So....I rang them up!! And guess what???? The job is def mine.  I just can't start until I get this 3rd form of ID!!  Which doesn't worry me too much.  Just means that I can enjoy my time as much as possible until I get this damn national insurance number!!! Yay yay yay yay yay!!!

Got a funny story to tell yas!  Last night me and Tammy went to the supermarket.  I was just randomly looking through the stuff on the shelves whilst Tammy was looking at something.  I turn around and I go, "Tammy you guys have some weird stuff in this country!"  In defense Tammy turns around and goes to say "No we don't!"  Until she read the label of what I was holding in my hand.  The label said "Bloater Paste"  Anybody care to explain what it could be because me and Tammy were stumped as to what it could be.  It was in with all the spreads.  Me and Tammy were wetting our pants in the middle of the supermarket.  We had to work down different aisle because everytime we looked at one another we burst out laughing.  I was crying that is how funny it was!! I'm gonna have to go back to the supermarket to buy a jar of it, it only cost 29p.  Best laugh I've had in a long time!!

Anyway, that's all from me for today I think!! Will keep you all posted with when I get my national insurance number and when I am no longer going to be a bum any longer!!

Hope all is good!!

Love you xxoooxxoo

haha i found out what it was on trusty google, apparently its a whole herring, salted and smoked then stuffed into a can!

It sounds absoutley disgusting!!

Bloater paste is a spread made from herrings that have been first salted and then smoked. Potted meats and fish pastes were popular for afternoon tea, and exploited a inexpensive method of meat preservation. The 1911 price is for own brand bloater paste, which was made in the firm’s factory from 1890 until the 1940s, which was packed in ceramic pots and available in a choice of large and small sizes. The 2001 price is for a 75g jar of Shippam’s bloater paste.
