About me

I am 29 years old and am a latin guy from Puerto Rico. I currently work for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia. I specifically work for the Influenza Division as a Virologist/Microbiologist, however my graduate education is in Epidemiology and Statistics. I worked in a laboratory at the Medical College of Georgia for two years after completing my Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology, and Statistics (not a nerd...just did not want to graduate). My work at the laboratory dealt with hypertension.

About my trip

I will head to Hanoi Vietnam during the month of July for work-related business. I am very excited as this would be the first time that I travel to Asia. I have always admired the culture and traditions. The one downfall would be the long flights but then again I anticipate I will be snoozing for a great portion of them. Oh....and I think I will get a day older and won't be able to see it.
